The Building Division Extended Hours Program helps homeowners get in their permit applications for decks, pools and hot tubs, sheds, finished basements, porches, and gazebos.
The extended hours program is by appointment only and runs every Wednesday until 7:00 pm.
Appointment requests must be sent to the Building Division by 3:00 pm on Tuesday to be considered for the program extended hours for that week. Appointments can be booked through email ([email protected]) or by calling 905-778-2055 ext.1500 by 3:00 pm.

Please note that drawings from retailers (such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc.) are not acceptable as they are not qualified designers. Permit applications may not be issued on the same night; depending of the scope of the project, information submitted, and appointment availability.
