Condo townhomes in Bradford offer more living space. It can vary, with 2- or 3-storey options, generally 3 bedrooms and approximately 1,000-1,500 sq ft in size. Worth noting: the maintenance fees for condo townhomes are considerably less than they are for condos.

“Keep in mind you will have your own driveway, garage and a small backyard,” adds the agent.

Freehold townhomes and semis 

Prices for freehold and semi-detached townhomes will vary considerably, depending on age, sq ft and whether the basement is finished. “With numerous builders contributing to Bradford’s growth, you can choose from a wide variety of stunning layout options,” says Dias.
