Stayner woman faces careless driving charge after single-vehicle crash

Police say the woman lost control of her vehicle and it rolled twice before coming to rest

BRADFORD, ON - A 23-year-old Stayner woman was charged with Careless Driving following a single-vehicle collision in Bradford.

On Saturday, June 6, 2020, around 3 p.m., South Simcoe Police Service officers responded to a single-vehicle collision on 5th Sideroad near Line 9 in Bradford.

A southbound vehicle had lost control, went into a ditch and rolled over twice. The female driver and male passenger had minor injuries and were taken to hospital as a precaution. 23-year-old Amber Kerr of Stayner was charged with Careless Driving.

From Friday, June 5, 2020, to Monday, June 8, 2020, South Simcoe Police Service officers responded to 158 calls for service.
