Failing to use turn signal leads to impaired charge for Bradford driver

On Monday, Oct. 26, 2020, around 4:00 p.m., a South Simcoe Police Service officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for not using a turn signal in the Melbourne Drive and Miller Park area of Bradford.

The driver was arrested for impaired operation and transported to South Division. As a result of an investigation, 45-year-old Melvin Hill of Bradford was charged with over 80 and fail to signal for a turn.

His licence was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for seven days.
