A 45-year-old Barrie man was killed in an early morning collision involving an Audi SUV and a tractor trailer in Bradford.
On Monday, March 1, 2021 at 7:10 a.m., South Simcoe Police Service officers were dispatched to County Road 27 between the 8th Line and 9th Line for a collision involving a tractor trailer and an Audi SUV. The SUV driver was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the tractor trailer was not hurt. County Road 27 was closed between the 8th and 9th Lines while the Collision Reconstruction Unit and Forensic Identification Unit conducted their investigation.
Initial reports are that the SUV crossed into the path of the truck. Police are continuing to investigate to determine what happened.
