Barrie Wrestling’s SummerBrawl 2 comes to 49 Ferris Lane this Saturday, July 20 at 5 p.m. with championship bouts and a beach-themed match that will surely involve chaotic fun.

SummerBrawl 2 is the last event before the wrestling company's big fall line-up of cards at their Ferris Lane venue and is the latest instalment of the family-friendly professional wrestling promotion's monthly shows.

Front row is sold out, but second-row and general-admission tickets are still available.

The event includes three championship matches as Barrie Wrestling heavyweight champion Clutch Jessie V takes on challenger, the Young Lion Bryce Hansen.

Three Pistols champion Van Landon holds an open challenge and the 400 North tag-team champions, The Royal Family, take on The Empire.

The massively popular Pretty Ricky will face off with Stratos Fear in a Beach Blast match, which will be themed with fun and outrageous stipulations.

Barrie Wrestling will have more information about the third annual Bash By The Bay, held at Centennial Beach during Kempenfest on Friday, Aug. 2.

Also, the promotion will have a major local announcement that fans want to attend, one that management has said is 10 years in the making.

SummerBrawl 2 is the third last show on the march to Nov. 2's 10-year anniversary show. To honour the decade show, Barrie Wrestling is showcasing nostalgic moments and contests on their social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok).

As always, Domino’s Pizza, pop and chips will be available for purchase, as will Barrie Wrestling merchandise and that of the wrestlers.

As are all Barrie Wrestling shows, Saturday will be filmed for international streaming service, IWTV.

With front row sold out, and second-row reserved tickets and general admission seats are available by contacting Barrie Wrestling on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and email ([email protected]).

General-admission tickets ($20) can also be purchased at OMG Games and Doug Laurie Sports and Auctions.

Barrie Wrestling shows run monthly with festival shows taking place over the summer months.

Some shows and matches can be found on the YouTube channel as well as IWTV.
