Bradford thanks museum for high-flying performance that honoured RCAF

Bradford resident, retired Lt.-Col. Ferguson Mobbs, travelled to the Great War Flying Museum at the Brampton airport on Thursday, Aug. 15 to present certificates of thanks on behalf of Mayor James Leduc and members of council to the members of the museum. 

They flew vintage First World War aircraft in the skies above Bradford during the town’s celebrations of the Royal Canadian Air Force’s centennial.

Mobbs also co-chaired the town’s planning committee for the five-day celebration, the final day of which included a parade and airshow on June 14.
