TORONTO – Hor Chea of Bradford has $107,783.90 to put toward his dreams after winning a LOTTO MAX second prize in the December 10, 2022 draw.

Hor, a 60-year-old automotive worker, said when he matched the winnings numbers, he couldn’t sleep that night. “I couldn’t get any rest that night! My daughter came over with my granddaughter and I asked her to double check my ticket for me. She said, ‘Wow, that’s a lot of money!’”

He plans to help his daughter purchase a house and travel home to Cambodia when it’s safe again.
