For the past nine years, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his government have tried to destroy Alberta.
He blocked pipelines to the west coast so Alberta could not sell oil and liquefied natural gas to a waiting market in Asia.
He banned tankers from the west coast to deliver the product.
He shut down the energy east pipeline that would deliver oil to the refinery in Saint John. From there, it would be sold to a waiting Europe that would have loosened Putin's energy grip on Europe.
When Germany, Japan and Greece came hat in hand for our liquefied natural gas, he said nope, and gave them a lecture on green energy instead.
Had all of the above moved forward, that would have made quite the dent in our national debt.
Now, with the looming U.S. tariffs, Trudeau wants Alberta's oil. Does this man have no shame?
