BradfordToday received the following letter from We Care Charity Golf Challenge Chairman Brent Morning:

Hello We Care Charity Golf Challenge Supporters,

Golfers returned to the courses in the summer of 2021, and you were back again supporting the We Care Charity Golf Challenge with sponsorships, donations, and in-person rounds of golf.

More than $15,000 was raised thanks to your help which represents 60 fully funded days at an accessible Easter Seals camp for kids with disabilities.  Since its inception, this event has raised over $89,000, representing 357 days at camp!

On behalf of Tournament Chair Brent Morning, the volunteers and the team at We Care, and the thousands of children with disabilities we assist across Canada, we want to say thanks for helping us fund more opportunities for kids to focus on their disABILITIES. It is through the support of individuals like you that We Care continues to be the largest annual corporate contributor to Easter Seals Canada.

Virtual camps replaced in-person camps over the past two summers, but they plan is to return to in-person in 2022. That’s also the case for the We Care Charity Golf Challenge.

On Thursday, June 16 our tournament is back with a shot-gun start and a post event meal. We’ll be playing Cardinal Golf Club’s West Course. Mark the date in your calendar and stay tuned for more details to come.

Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you again in person on Thursday, June 16, 2022, if you have any questions please email me  at [email protected].

Sincerely,

Brent Morning
We Care Charity Golf Challenge Chairman
