Suspect sought after apparent trespass at Alliston's Banting Memorial

Police say the suspect was confronted by staff and provided no identification; he's allegedly been spotted on two different occasions

Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating a suspect following an incident that took place in Alliston late last month.

In a news release issued today, Nottawasaga OPP say they are currently investigating a trespass at Banting Memorial High School.

Police say on Oct. 31, officers were dispatched to a trespassing incident at Banting Memorial.

Preliminary investigation reveals that shortly before 2:30 p.m. this individual was seen inside the high school and confronted by staff providing no identification. At this time, this individual has been seen on two different occasions and officers are looking to speak with him.

Officers want to remind everyone that anyone found inside of a school without permission is illegally trespassing and will be arrested.
