Here’s the one time when you probably get away with yelling “cram it” at a police officer.
South Simcoe Police Service collected 2,300 pounds of food and received $700 in funds for the Innisfil Food Bank and Bradford Helping Hand Food Bank, as part of its ‘Cram a Cruiser’ event on Oct. 24.
The event was held outside the Zehrs on Holland Street West in Bradford, and the Sobeys on Innisfil Beach Road in Alcona.
“Together, we made a difference,” the department said in a social-media post Friday afternoon. “A huge thank you to everyone who supported the food drive. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.”
