TORONTO — A 37-year-old man has died in a Toronto hospital after he was shot in North York Sunday evening.
Police say there were called before 6 p.m. on Sunday for a shooting in the Weston Road and Highway 401 area.
They say a man suffering from gun injuries was found.
Paramedics took him to hospital but he did not survive.
Police have identified him as Ariyo Fakom of Toronto.
Investigators are asking anyone who was driving on Weston Road between Highway 401 and Jane Street around 6 p.m. on Sunday with a dashcam to contact them.
