York Regional Police are on scene at the former Joe's Garden location in King Township this morning.
A police helicopter and vehicles were visible near the empty greenhouse at the now closed garden centre at 20520 Highway 11.
York police confirmed a search warrant is being executed, and that there is no concern for public safety.
