Tis the season for craft sales and Christmas bazaars

Just a sampling of some of the Arts and crafts shows, and Christmas Bazaars being held in the Region this fall.

Green Valley Arts & Crafts Club hosts a Craft Fair at the Danube Seniors Leisure Centre, 715 Simcoe Rd. in Bradford on Saturday, Oct. 19 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Drop by to check out the unique crafts available, from knitted goods to hand-made jewellery, home baking, and more. A light lunch, tea and coffee will be available.

Sandycove Acres adult lifestyle community hosts a Giant Gift & Craft Show with over 50 vendors, at The Wheel, Saturday, Oct. 19 from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Get a jump on your Christmas shopping. Sandycove is located off Lockhart Rd. in Innisfil.

The annual Christmas Bazaar at St Peter’s Anglican Church in Churchill, Innisfil, takes place Nov. 9, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Lunch Room, Bake Table, crafts, toonie table, book sale and much more. For information, call 705-436-9769.

On Saturday, Nov.16, from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Bradford United Church Women will be hosting their annual Christmas Bazaar at the Church, 66 Barrie Street in Bradford. Interested vendors please call 905 775 7268.The Bazaar will feature local artisans, a giant bake sale and a silent auction, and a homemade lunch with a choice of soup for only $12! Come out to do some early Christmas shopping!

The Third Annual Festive Winter Craft Fair will be taking place at Bradford District High School on Saturday, Nov. 23 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Discover a spectacular mix of crafters offering a great range of unique and hand-made items.
