Leaves are falling, the air is getting cooler and Pumpkin Fest will ‘leaf’ you loving fall even more! The Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury is hosting the fourth annual Pumpkin Fest on Saturday, October 17 from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the picturesque Henderson Memorial Park located on Line 9, west of Sideroad 10.

All ages are invited to preregister for the event, which includes live on-stage music, wagon rides and free pumpkins (one per child, while supplies last). All activities are free, including an inflatable corn maze, soccer darts, mini-golf, and caricature artists.

“We’re excited to have one of Bradford West Gwillimbury’s favourite events return this year,” says Terry Foran, Director of Community Services. “Pumpkin Fest will be a safe and fun event for the whole family”.

Pumpkin Fest is free to attend; however, due to limited space, online pre-registration will be required for every participant. Participants can register for one of three time slots.

Walk-ins are not permitted. Registration will open on Tuesday, October 6 at 8:30 a.m.

Enjoy food for sale, including a fundraising BBQ by the Bradford Lions and concessions by the Munchies. Shop fall décor items in support of the Helping Hand Food Bank. Select vendors from the Bradford Farmers’ Market will also be in attendance.

Preventative measures will be taken to ensure compliance with provincial COVID-19 restrictions and public safety measures. We ask that participants follow physical distancing requirements and if you or anyone in your family are feeling unwell, please refrain from attending.

Non-perishable food items will be collected for the Bradford Helping Hand Food Bank. They are in need of the following items: juice boxes, granola bars, fruit cups, cans of fruit, jam, pancake mix and syrup, canned stews, baby food (fruits and veggies and rice cereal), diapers size 5 and 6, and baby wipes.

This event is made possible thanks to our generous sponsors: New Roads Automotive Group and the Curtis Goddard Team.
