Sound the alarm: New Bradford firefighters getting ready to roll

Local department's 12 new recruits trained in vehicle extrication exercises using a flipped school bus; they will begin full-time work in August

Bradford-West Gwillimbury Fire and Emergency Services newly hired full-time firefighter recruits recently trained in extrication exercises thanks to Beeton Truck and Auto Wreckers located on Line 8 in Bradford.

The firefighter recruits were able to train on the powerful tools used in extrication from vehicles on a flipped school bus provided by Beeton Truck and Auto Wreckers in a safe and clean space on their facility.

The 12 recruits will be joining Bradford Fire and Emergency Services in full-time positions in August
