Bradford residents are enjoying mouth-watering barbecue, cold beer and music at Big Texas BBQ. The popular food truck - and its new 'Backyard' - is located at 382 Holland St. W., Bradford.
There was live entertainment for the first time Saturday night. Nathan Da Silva put on a great, two-set show for the diners in the newly licensed patio.
Going forward, the live entertainment on Saturday nights will be extended to 10 p.m. with two live musical acts.
Ricky Brooks and his crew are proud to offer Real Texas BBQ in Bradford. They have been grilling with the Ontario Ribfest Tour for a few years serving up smoked ribs, beef brisket and pulled pork and made the decision to station their truck in Bradford in July.
They smoke their meat for 12-14 hours using fruit wood, creating real southern barbecue flavours. They also serve fresh cut fries, poutines, twisted potato or coleslaw and baked beans.
The popular restaurant on wheels in open Thursday 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from noon to 8 p.m. daily
