The Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury celebrated Canada Day at the Bradford & District Memorial Community Centre on Saturday.
Thousands of people attended the festivities which included entertainment, music, food, official ceremonies, presentation of the annual Civic Awards and closed with an amazing show of fireworks.
Entertainment included the Spencer Scurr Magic Show, Elite Dance Corps, the Zola Fire and Hoola Hoop Show and the The Shania Experience.
Activities included a Kids Zone with inflatables, obstacles and games, a barbecue fundraiser by the Bradford Lions, ice cream from Mister Treats, food and treats for from Jo's Juice Jazz and Sweet Bs, airbrush tattoos, community group booths, glitter tattoos, a photo booth, a giant Canadian puzzle and a Canada Flag photo station.
The day was a big hit with families.
