The annual Pumpkin Walk has carved out a niche for itself in Innisfil.
More than 1,000 pumpkins were dropped off for the third annual event Wednesday at Innisfil Beach Park, and they served as snacks for farm animals following the festivities.
Organizer Marj Mossman called it the “most successful Pumpkin Walk yet because of the adult and student volunteers.”
“It is a community event, and the community certainly came out and supported it,” she said, thanking everyone who contributed.
