BradfordToday received the following letter from MPP-elect Caroline Mulroney.

Thank you!

Two simple words cannot contain all the gratitude and appreciation I have for the people of York-Simcoe. Having elected me as your Member of Provincial Parliament, you have invested in me a trust and responsibility that I will never take lightly. You have my word that I will work each and every day to stand up for what matters to you, and our communities.

To the countless volunteers who gave generously of their time and talents to my campaign—none of this would have been possible without you. Whether it was making phone calls, knocking on doors, early mornings meeting commuters at the GO stations, or late nights entering data, our team was stronger thanks to your help and efforts.

Over the course of the campaign, I had so many wonderful opportunities to meet with people, and hear first-hand about how a Progressive Conservative government could help make life easier for them as they pursue their dreams.

It is that work I am so excited to begin now, as your MPP.

Whether it’s making life more affordable for Ontarians, reducing hydro bills, improving wait times in our hospitals, increasing GO services, or seeing vital infrastructure projects like the Connecting Link get built, I will work each and every day to ensure that your voices are heard at Queen’s Park.

It was a privilege to serve as your PC candidate, and I am looking forward to continuing to serve you as MPP. I will strive to do so with the same dedication and conviction of Julia Munro, whose legacy in York-Simcoe I will always work to honour.

If there is ever anything that I can help you with, my door is always open.

Sincerely,

Caroline Mulroney, MPP-elect
York-Simcoe
