The Ahmadiyya Muslim Women’s Association (AMWA), Bradford Chapter, recently showcased its commitment to supporting women in need by donating 70 purses to the Bradford Women’s Group. This contribution is part of the “Handbags of Hope” campaign, which aims to collect over 350 handbags filled with essential items such as shampoo, conditioner, hair products, feminine hygiene products, and gift cards. The campaign supports Abuse Hurts, a charitable organization dedicated to helping victims and survivors of abuse through partnerships with shelters, children’s services, and other agencies.

AMWA’s efforts reflect their unwavering dedication to the community. “Love for All, Hatred for None” is not just the Association’s motto—it’s a principle they practice through action. By actively participating in initiatives like these, AMWA demonstrates their commitment to uplifting and giving back to their neighborhood.

“We are honored to contribute to this meaningful campaign. Supporting women and spreading love within our community is a cornerstone of our mission,” said a representative of the Association.

The donation from AMWA brings the Bradford Women’s Group closer to their goal of supporting hundreds of women in need, highlighting the power of collaboration and compassion in making a tangible difference.
