Georgian College’s biggest annual job fair is set to happen at the Barrie campus in the Athletic Centre on Feb. 12 and 13. All current Georgian students and recent alumni are welcome to attend.
This year's Connect 2 Careers will feature and variety of potential employers, including 45 from the hospitality, tourism and recreation sector as well as 61 in engineering, business, computer studies and automotive business sectors.
Featured employers on Feb. 12 include those in hospitality, tourism and recreation from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 13 features engineering, business, computer studies and automotive business from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
"The job fair is the largest generator of co-op placements and full-time opportunities with employers from across Canada," says a notice issued by Georgian College. "Over 350 students have registered to attend this year, along with more than 100 employer partners who rely on Georgian students and graduates for their talent pipelines."
