At approx 5:30 a.m. Saturday morning Bradford Fire was called to a structure fire on Hwy 27 just south of Line 6.
They were met on scene by New Tec Fire who provided mutual aid.
Portable water tanks were set up on Hwy 27 which was closed in both directions.
Quick work by both fire departments extinguished the fire in the home.
No information regarding cause or if any injuries were suffered by the occupants of the home.
