Last week, Dracup Insurance Brokers Ltd. celebrated its official grand opening in Bradford with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Mayor Rob Keffer, members of council and the Bradford Board of Trade stopped by to give their best wishes and official congratulations to owner Lisa Dracup and her team on their new office in Bradford West Gwillimbury.
Dracup has been family owned and operated for over 50 years, that provides insurance for all personal and business needs, including home, auto, marine, recreational, cottage, and commercial.
Eric Dracup founded the business in 1972 after several years of working in life insurance.
Dracup Insurance was originally located in Markham and relocated to Aurora in 2006, and finally found a home in Bradford in September 2022.
Lisa Dracup, Eric’s daughter, is now the President of Dracup Insurance and prides herself in continuing on her father's legacy of personalized service while building long-lasting client relationships.
Dracup has immersed itself in the community. They have been sponsoring the Bradford Bulldogs hockey league since 2014, and just last year sponsored Bradford's first Coldest Night of the Year charity walk.
