Get into the holiday spirit while supporting local vendors and students.
St. Charles Catholic School invites everyone to attend its Christmas market from 5 to 8 p.m. on Dec. 5 at the school, 691 Simcoe Rd., in Bradford.
The festive event is set to feature more than 40 local vendors offering items such as jewellery, sweets, baked goods, clothing, home decor, books, beauty products, health products, gifts and stocking stuffers, as well as services related to real estate, mortgages and travel.
“It is not only an opportunity to celebrate the holiday spirit but also a chance to support local businesses and artisans,” parent council member Monica Caschera said via email.
The event is also set to include music, balloons, face painting, hot chocolate and crafts for kids, as well as a visit from Santa.
Rides on the Santa train are $5.
Admission is free for everyone and proceeds from the event will be used to help fund school technology.
