Bradford West Gwillimbury Mayor James Leduc and members of council proclaim March 2023 as #ITSTARTS Month.
A flag raising was held on Tuesday, March 7 at the Court House Courtyard, located at 57 Holland Street East.
#ITSTARTS is a public awareness campaign designed to take a proactive step toward addressing racism and discrimination in Simcoe County. It works to promote a unified community that encourages collective action against racism and discrimination.
Throughout the month (but with increased presence from March 6-10), the Town of BWG will be posting on social media, featuring community members with its #ITSTARTS selfie board, which will be available at the library lobby.
