Southlake Health is thrilled to introduce Jamie-Lynne, the first baby born in York Region in 2025.
Jamie-Lynne made her entrance at 12:55 a.m. weighing seven pounds seven ounces.
Congratulations to Sarah and Stephen on the birth of their first baby. They will be taking their bundle of joy home to Georgina. Both the baby and mother are doing well.
"Welcoming the first baby of the new year at Southlake is such a special experience,” said Anne Gable, a registered nurse for the Postpartum Unit at Southlake Health. “The birthing and postpartum teams are thrilled for Sarah, Stephen, and Jamie-Lynne. It’s truly an honour to watch a family begin an incredible new chapter."
