Construction for the highly anticipated Public Square is set to begin this week on the BWG Public Library lawn located at 425 Holland Street West. Join us for the official sod-turning ceremony on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 5:00 pm as we break ground on this exciting new project.
The Public Square is a welcome addition to BWG, offering the community a social venue to come together. Equipped with a covered stage, a water feature, gardens, trees and plenty of seating, the new outdoor space has something for everyone to enjoy.

Construction will be ongoing through the remainder of 2024 with completion scheduled for the end of May 2025. During construction, residents will still have sidewalk and road access to the BWG Public Library and surrounding area.
