Bradford Zehrs employee tests positive for COVID

An employee at the Zehrs in Bradford located at 500 Holland Street West has tested positive on a presumptive test for COVID-19.

The date the employee last worked was Jan. 19. 

Loblaw company lists all positive COVID-19 cases within their locations on an online tracking page. 

The tracking page is used as a way to provide transparency to their customers and staff. Cases are current for the last 15 days. 

The Bradford case was listed on Jan. 24. 

For privacy, Loblaw will not release any personal information about employees.

A statement on their site reads:

"Given the important role we play in our communities, we are prepared for all possible situations, including a positive test for COVID-19 in our stores. In these cases, we work closely with public health and follow their guidance to ensure proper notification of close contacts and required cleaning and sanitization in our stores."
