Town of Banff Heritage Corporation – Alberta Association of Architects (AAA) Representative
The Town of Banff Heritage Corporation is seeking a new volunteer representative from the Alberta Association of Architects to join its Board of Directors as a nonvoting member. The Banff Heritage Corporation works toward the protection, preservation, enhancement and promotion of Banff ’s built heritage. The AAA representative will: - Contribute skills and knowledge by participating actively in meetings and committee work; - Prepare for meetings by reading agendas, minutes, reports and other documentation required in advance; and, - Understand and demonstrate a committment to the board’s mandate and programs. The ability to meet in person in Banff is strongly preferred. Representatives should be willing to commit to a term of three years, with eligibility for re-appointment. Please note that the corporation meets bi-monthly on the third Thursday of every other month at 1:30 p.m.
