Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Director to lead and oversee the marketing strategies for both Northside Auto Group and Crimson Ridge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, fostering brand growth, and driving customer engagement. This role demands a creative thinker with a strategic mindset who can align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for both Northside Auto Group and Crimson Ridge.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
- Set marketing objectives and KPIs aligned with business goals.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Oversee the creation and curation of marketing materials, including digital content, print materials, and advertisements.
- Build and maintain strong brand identities for all brands.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Monitor website performance and user experience to ensure optimal online engagement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with dealerships and Crimson Ridge.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals
- Work with Dealership BDC on developing phone campaigns to drive revenue on the sales and service side.
- Foster collaboration between departments to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Track and report on ROI for marketing initiatives.
- Build partnerships with local organizations and communities to enhance brand presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms.
- Experience in the automotive and/or hospitality industries is preferred but not required.
