BradfordToday, in partnership with the Alliston & District Humane Society, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

We can't believe Riley doesn't have a home of his own yet.
He is super friendly and head over heels with excitement when he sees people in the kennel ... which is probably why Riley has been overlooked.
He bounces and barks at his door when he sees people — any people — but as soon as you bust him out of there he is as sweet as they come.
He was found as a stray when he had been left at the dog park!
He still had his leash on and was playing with all the dogs. He probably didn't realize his owners had left until it was a stranger who was taking him out of the park. Poor guy.
When he’s not busy wagging his tail and lapping up all the attention, Riley knows the commands sit, down, paw, other paw, and spin.
He is a smart and super happy guy with a whole lot of love to give and would make a great addition to any family.
