BradfordToday, in partnership with the Alliston & District Humane Society, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Hi, everyone! My name is Olivia, and I am a survivor. That's right — a survivor.
I experienced more trauma in my first eight weeks of life than most cats experience in a lifetime. You would think that would make me unadoptable but the opposite happened instead.
My foster mom says I am the most lovable, sweet, cuddly kitten she has ever fostered. I am a little nervous when I first meet strangers, but I overcome that pretty quick and the more I get to know you, the more affectionate I am.
My foster mom says that I am going to break her heart but that even though we love each other, I have to move on so that she can help other kittens that need her. I am now 10 weeks old and am fully recovered, although I do have a slight head tilt, and I am ready for my forever family.
As part of the ADHS kitten wellness program, I will have my first vaccination and initial deworming. I can be taken to your choice of three local vets, and will receive final first-year vaccinations, a rabies shot, a spay, a microchip and six free weeks of pet insurance. Adoption fee of $200 includes all these essential health procedures.
Please call my foster mom Jacquie at 705-896-5013 and ask to meet me.
