BradfordToday, in partnership with the Alliston & District Humane Society, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

You may call Lucky "not so lucky," but we are sure he is going to find is forever person very soon.
Lucky was surrendered as he did not get along with the kids.
The thing with Lucky is once he's in your arms (which he lovesss) no one else is welcome. When he's on the ground it's a different story.
He is very nervous and will be until he knows for sure he is in a safe place.
He is looking for a home with one to two adults. He's good with cats but can also be a little possessive of his humans arounds other dogs.
He would really like to go to his new home. He has already packed his bags.
Lucky
Four-year-old male maltese/chihuahua mix (perhaps some terrier as a bit of his fur is wirey) and a whopping 10 pounds!
If you may be interested in trying your luck with Lucky (see what I did there?), please contact the Alliston & District Humane Society at 705-458-9038 or [email protected].
