Students re-elect Mulroney in York-Simcoe

Students in York-Simcoe have opted to give MPP Caroline Mulroney a second term.

Student Vote Ontario, a program of CIVIX, sees elementary and secondary school students cast ballots for candidates in their schools’ electoral districts.

The results for York-Simcoe are as follows:

• Caroline Mulroney (PC): 347 (21.17 per cent)
• Brent Fellman (New Blue): 298 (18.18 per cent)
• Spencer Yang Ki (NDP): 297 (18.12 per cent)
• Walter Alvarez Bardales (Liberal): 269 (16.41 per cent)
• Julie Stewart (Green): 266 (16.23 per cent)
• Zachary Tisdale (Libertarian): 42 (2.56 per cent)
• Franco Colavecchia (Ontario Moderate Party): 42 (2.56 per cent)
